What's an ECRU?
Besides being a color (a light brown or beige for you guys reading this) ECRU at Taylor (pronounced e-crew) stands for E-mail Contact Recruitment Unit (pretty official sounding, huh?)
Why are they here?
Okay. . . this should be pretty self-explanatory.
You've got questions. . . ECRU has answers. You can e-mail your specific question to a particular ECRU member (based on where you live) and one of the ECRU will get back to you with an appropriate (we hope) answer.
Pretty simple stuff, huh? There are, however, two simple ground rules you'll need to follow:
- Before ECRU will respond to you, you need to be "on file" with the Admission's office and we need your current email address - Don't worry, if you're not, you can "get official" here. (It's pretty painless)
- Your question doesn't have to be "serious" but it does have to be real (no "Can I date you?" type questions).
Although this is designed specifically for prospective students, there are others who might find this helpful:
- Mom and Dad - feel free to send your questions in as well, just reference your students name (that will take care of ground rule #1) and the ECRU will get an answer back to you.

Alums - Want to see how life has changed? Curious about happenings in your old hall? Go ahead and jump in! And then forward the info to some high school students who might be interested in a school like Taylor.
