Student Development
In keeping with the mission of Taylor University, the purpose of student development is to provide the environment, resources and programs which maximize the potential for student growth. This is achieved within the broader context of whole person education and takes place through structured developmental programs, formal counseling, informal student contact, and support of and participation in the university's academic program.
The distinct areas of campus ministries, campus police, career development, counseling services, ethnic programs, leadership development, new student orientation, student programs, residence life, and health services work cooperatively to fulfill the goal of enhancing the education of our students.
