Fall Spiritual Renewal Series Features Pastor Chris Williamson

09.10.2009

Pastor Chris Williamson returns to Taylor University as the speaker for the Fall 2009 Spiritual Renewal series, taking place September 14 to 16.

Williamson is the founder and senior pastor of Strong Tower Bible Church in Franklin, Tenn. He has authored several books and preached at churches, universities and conferences across the United States.

According to campus pastor Randy Gruendyke, Williamson was selected for Spiritual Renewal due to his effective Bible preaching last September in two Taylor chapels.

In addition to speaking, Williamson will be available to meet with students individually or in groups.

The series kicks off Monday morning at chapel at 10:00 a.m., and continues with services Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7:30 p.m., before concluding with Wednesday's chapel at 10 a.m. All meetings will be held in Rediger Chapel/Auditorium.

Gruendyke said he looks forward to the Spiritual Renewal series each semester. He said, "Spiritual Renewal Week is always a great time, personally and corporately, for undergoing a spiritual check-up and getting our sites squarely set on the Lord while the semester is still young."
