Taylor University’s 3-2 finish in the finals of the Mid-Central College Conference tournament wasn’t enough to overtake its one point deficit to Indiana Wesleyan.
Five Trojans advanced to the finals of the Mid-Central College Conference men's tennis tournament today. The Trojans went 5-2 in the semifinal action.
Just before midnight Friday the Taylor men's tennis team concluded 11 hours of competition that ended with a 7-2 record for the Trojans on the opening day of the 2009 Mid-Central College Conference Tournament in Muncie, Ind.
The Taylor men's tennis teams closed out its fall regular season Saturday with a 6-3 win at home over NCAA Division II University of Indianapolis. The win improved Taylor's record to 8-4 on the season.
